We went on the quad biking and then the mnemba island tour. From the start with booking with Abdul to both quad and mnemba guides were excellent. All round fantastic experience and I would definitely be doing it again should I return to these shores… Asante sana …hakuna matata… pole pole

Wir haben uns für das Schnorcheln und Schwimmen mit Delfinen entschieden. Sowohl beim Schnorcheln als auch bei den Delfinen waren Massen von Schiffen nebeneinander. Das Schwimmen mit den Delfinen wird als „immer auf ruhige und respektvolle Weise” beschrieben, "wobei man neben diesen wunderschönen Lebewesen her schwimmt, ohne ihr natürliches Verhalten zu stören". In der Praxis sieht es jedoch anders aus: Sobald ein Delfin gesichtet wird, jagen alle Schiffe dem Delfin nach. Es wird angeboten ins Wasser zu den Delfinen zu gehen, allerdings waren keine Touristen im Wasser, da es mit den vielen Booten einfach zu gefährlich ist; nur die Guides waren im Wasser.

My brother and I went put for 2 dives. We both had a fantastic time, saw many amazing fish and had fun doing it. Dive Master Kel was a great instructor, making sure we both were ready to continue at each stage before proceeding further. Would certainly dive with Cool Zanzibar again if back in town.

We spent our holiday in Zanzibar for the first time in February and stayed at the TUI Blue Hotel. There, Cool Zanzibar is directly connected, and we spontaneously decided to get some information about a diving course. Right from the start, we received a very warm welcome from Bobby. He took the time to clearly explain the different course options and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Our dive itself was an absolute highlight! We can highly and wholeheartedly recommend doing your diving course with Hamza. He is a super relaxed and friendly guy, incredibly patient, and makes you feel safe at all times. He especially helped me overcome my initial fears, and at the same time made the whole experience really fun. We can truly recommend Cool Zanzibar and the entire team!🩵

We had four great dive days with Ken and Sharif. The whole team is super friendly and the process is very well organised. That makes for relaxing dives. It’s also fantastic that the groups are very small, for most dives my buddy and I had a guide to ourselves. Thank you very much, Cool Divers!

Zrobiłem w tym miejscu kurs PADI wszystko było super. Instruktorzy s� pomocni i opiekuńczy więc nie musisz się o nic martwić, jeśli chcesz zanurkować to dobre miejsce!!

The hotel recommended this company, they should've have. Was supposed to dive two days, but happily shortened it to one. First, the company only communicated and verified my dive 24 hours out. The credit card machine wasn't working. The major issue is safety. NO inspection stickers on the tanks. The waiver wasn't properly photocopied (slanted print job so half the column was missing, unclear image), I should've walked out the door then. If you can't take a print job seriously, why should I trust you with my life? what else are you not doing properly (cleaning equipment)? The guide ignored my usualy diving weight so had to drag me around the bottom of the ocean by hand. The second dive the weight was proper but the current carried us much further than anticipated. Also between dives, no one on the crew was interested in speaking with the guests. They only spoke among themselves. That I can get past, but I cannot get over the bad print job, missing tank inspection stickers, broken credit card machine, and ignoring my dive weight. Also, the 'office' was very untidy. I do not recommend diving with this company.

Went for my first dive with Cool Zanzibar and I highly recommend them ! Very fun time with professionals
